Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using Our Service.
Interpretation and Definitions
Interpretation
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.
Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions:
- Application means the software program provided by the Social Club Platform downloaded by You on any electronic device, named LetsLicious
- Application Store means the digital distribution service operated and developed by Apple Inc. (Apple App Store) or Google Inc. (Google Play Store) in which the Application has been downloaded.
- Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to Social Club Platform LLC, 418 BROADWAY, STE 4493 ALBANY, NY 12207, United States.
- Device means any device that can access the Service such as a computer, a cellphone or a digital tablet.
- Service refers to the Application.
- Third-party Social Media Service means any services or content (including data, information, products or services) provided by a third-party that may be displayed, included or made available by the Service.
- You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
Acknowledgment
These are the Terms and Conditions governing the use of this Service and the agreement that operates between You and the Company. These Terms and Conditions set out the rights and obligations of all users regarding the use of the Service.
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on Your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service You agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If You disagree with any part of these Terms and Conditions then You may not access the Service.
Your access to and use of the Service is also conditioned on Your acceptance of and compliance with the Privacy Policy of the Company. Our Privacy Policy describes Our policies and procedures on the collection, use and disclosure of Your personal information when You use the Application or the Website and tells You about Your privacy rights and how the law protects You. Please read Our Privacy Policy carefully before using Our Service.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend Your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if You breach these Terms and Conditions.
Upon termination, Your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
Terms
By downloading and/or using the LetsLicious app, these terms will automatically apply to you – you should make sure that you read them carefully before using the app. You’re not allowed to copy or modify the app, any part of the app, or our trademarks in any way. You’re not allowed to attempt to extract the source code of the app, and you also shouldn’t try to translate the app into other languages or make derivative versions. The app itself, and all the trademarks, copyright, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to it, still belong to Social Club Platform.
Social Club Platform is committed to ensuring that the all it’s apps is as useful and efficient as possible. For that reason, we reserve the right to make changes to the app or to charge for its services, at any time and for any reason. We will never charge you for the app or its services without making it very clear to you exactly what you’re paying for. All our apps store and process personal data that you have provided to us, to provide our Service.
It’s your responsibility to keep your phone and access to the app secure. We therefore recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your phone, which is the process of removing software restrictions and limitations imposed by the official operating system of your device. It could make your phone vulnerable to malware/viruses/malicious programs, compromise your phone’s security features and it could mean that the Social Club Platform apps won’t work properly or at all.
You should be aware that there are certain things that Social Club Platform will not take responsibility for. Certain functions of the app will require the app to have an active internet connection. The connection can be Wi-Fi or provided by your mobile network provider, but Social Club Platform cannot take responsibility for the app not working at full functionality if you don’t have access to Wi-Fi, and you don’t have any of your data allowance left.
If you’re using the app outside of an area with Wi-Fi, you should remember that the terms of the agreement with your mobile network provider will still apply. As a result, you may be charged by your mobile provider for the cost of data for the duration of the connection while accessing the app, or other third-party charges. In using the app, you’re accepting responsibility for any such charges, including roaming data charges if you use the app outside of your home territory (i.e. region or country) without turning off data roaming.
If you are not the bill payer for the device on which you’re using the app, please be aware that we assume that you have received permission from the bill payer for using the app along the same lines, Social Club Platform cannot always take responsibility for the way you use the app i.e. You need to make sure that your device stays charged – if it runs out of battery and you can’t turn it on to avail the service, Social Club Platform cannot accept responsibility.
With respect to Social Club Platform’s responsibility for your use of the app, when you’re using the app, it’s important to bear in mind that although we endeavor to ensure that it is updated and correct at all times, we do rely on third parties to provide information to us so that we can make it available to you. Social Club Platform accepts no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, you experience as a result of relying wholly on this functionality of the app.
Social Club Platform does not promise that it will always update the app so that it is relevant to you and/or works with the latest version that you have installed on your device. However, you promise to always accept updates to the application when offered to you, We may also wish to stop providing the app, and may terminate use of it at any time without giving notice of termination to you. Unless we tell you otherwise, upon any termination, (a) the rights and licenses granted to you in these terms will end; (b) you must stop using the app, and (if needed) delete it from your device.
Community Guidelines
If you respect other people and their opinion, you are always welcome at Social Club Platform apps. Our goal is to allow users to express themselves freely as long as it doesn’t offend or upset anyone. We are asking you to be considerate and think before you share anything online or offline. Below is a list of our community policies. If you violate any of these policies, you will be banned from LetsLicious and/or all Social Club Platform apps.
1- Social Club Platform apps are not for Nudity or Sexual Content.
2- Do not engage in any targeted harassment against any other user. This includes sending inappropriate messages to others.
3- Any content that promotes, racism, hatred, or violence against individuals or groups based on factors like (but not limited to) race, ethnicity, religious affiliation, disability, gender, age, national origin, sexual orientation, or gender identity is not allowed.
4- Don’t publicly broadcast any private information of yours or anyone else’s. This includes social security numbers, passports, passwords, financial information or contact information, such as phone numbers, email addresses, work or house address etc…
5- Don’t fake anything. Be yourself.
6- Scamming has a zero-tolerance policy of any kind. Anyone attempting for fraudulent or illegal activity may be banned. Any user caught sharing their own financial account information (PayPal, Venmo, etc.) for the purpose of receiving money from other users may also be banned from all social club platforms.
7- If it’s not your information, don’t share. If your profile includes any work that is copyrighted or trademarked by others, don’t display or share it, unless you are allowed to do so.
8- Don’t post or share anything illegal.
9- Respect everyone.
10- Send original messages to others.
Everyone starts with a blue card color on their profile. After getting reported 5 times by other users, you get a yellow card. After being reported 10 times, you get a red card on your profile and you will be banned from LetsLicious and/or all Social Club Platform apps.
Changes to Terms of Service
We may update our Terms of Service from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page.
